As mentioned, for our in-house manufactured fruit ingredients, we use only Australian-grown fruit, working closely with trusted local growers to ensure full traceability and consistent supply. Also growing a portion of the fruit we process, we understand the seasonal cycles of the orchard, giving us the edge in knowing when best to harvest, and process certain varieties.
Our processing facility, located on our family-owned property, is designed specifically for processing fruit. Having refined our systems over the past three decades, we’ve been able to perfect the process to give us the best possible product, since the machinery is focused solely on the production of a certain ingredient. From gentle handling to tailored preservation methods – such as our aseptic processing and packaging plant – everything is geared toward retaining natural taste, colour and texture.

The QA framework includes PRPs, hazard identification, risk assessment and risk mitigation through CCP monitoring, food defence, and food fraud prevention, all driven by a strong internal food safety culture. From paddock to plate, we ensure our products are safe, authentic, and handled with care.
