APPLICATIONS

In the beverage industry single strength puree is used primarily as a filler or carrier of other flavours/characteristics because of its mouth feel and somewhat neutral flavour, but it can be used on its own and is ideally suited to smoothie style products particularly if par frozen

Our Granny Smith Puree is highly regarded in the Chutney and Pickles/Condiments manufacturing area because of its “tartness”. It tends to hold its structure and taste better than other apples used in this area of manufacturing even when used in this format.
