APPLICATIONS

A highly versatile and sometimes underrated fruit puree product. It can be used in many bakery applications similar to apple puree. Ideal for further manufacturing in the Dairy Industry as well as for use in chutneys, jams, toppings.  In the beverage industry single strength puree is used primarily as a filler or carrier of other flavours because of its mouth feel and somewhat neutral flavour, but it can be used on its own and is ideally suited to smoothie style products particularly if par frozen. This product is popular in baby food purees and is used by leading baby food manufacturers around Australia.
