Located in the Towac Valley in the high lands of Central Western New South Wales and in the foothills of Mt Canobolas, a volcano, that long ago blessed the soil with the high nutrients and goodness that today feeds the fruit used in our purees with intense aromas and flavours that make them unique.

100% Natural fruit Puree with no added sugar or artificial ingredients. Our fruit purees are non-GMO, pasteurized and can be used to prepare any beverage, sauces, ice creams or desserts. Aseptic processing and packaging in our world class cutting-edge facility, allow a shelf life of 12 months, stored at room temperature.

Aseptic Packed Apple Puree

Sound mature apples are washed, milled and cooked. The resultant pulp is passed through a finishing screen to produce a sieved/pureed apple encompassing the goodness of the whole fruit.

Aseptic Packed Pear Puree

Sound mature pears are washed, milled and cooked. The resultant pulp is passed through a finishing screen to produce a sieved/pureed apple encompassing the goodness of the whole fruit.

Aseptic Packed Quince Puree

Sound mature quince are washed, milled and cooked. The resultant pulp is passed through a finishing screen to produce a sieved/pureed apple encompassing the goodness of the whole fruit.
